Hannah is the driving force behind Dawson’s Oyster Supplies. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, her career began behind some of Sydney’s busiest bars before taking her overseas to open and manage venues throughout Canada and the United States.
A lifelong lover of oysters, Hannah stepped into the role at Dawson’s in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. Now based in Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie, she continues to build on the Dawson’s legacy - a name that has been trusted by venues across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and beyond for decades.

We shuck all of our oysters onsite in Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie.
As Lake Macquarie and Newcastle's only local oyster processing facility, we work under a strict set of requirements outlined by the Department of Primary Industries. This guarantees that the oysters at your next event are freshly shucked, risk-free and delicious.
