Hannah is the powerhouse behind Dawson’s Oyster Supplies. With over 16 years in hospitality, her career kicked off behind busy bars in Sydney, before taking her overseas to open and manage venues across Canada and the US.

A lifelong oyster lover, she jumped at the chance to take the reins at Dawson’s in 2021 - and hasn’t looked back.

Now based in Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie, Hannah proudly continues the Dawson’s legacy. For decades, Dawson’s has been the go-to oyster supplier for venues across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, and beyond.

We shuck all of our oysters onsite in Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie.

As Lake Macquarie and Newcastle's only local oyster processing facility, we work under a strict set of requirements outlined by the Department of Primary Industries. This guarantees that the oysters at your next event are freshly shucked, risk-free and delicious.
